The crew on my job covered all surrounding areas with tarps not only to protect our planter areas and ac units, but to collect debris and nails. I called on a Saturday and spoke with a friendly lady at the office. My neighbors had just had new shingles put on which is how I heard about them. A few minutes later I received a call from Bruce. He came out a few days later and inspected my roof. He sent me pictures of the damage that he found, which I wasn't expecting and was nice to know. He explained my problems and the process and we filed the claim. He met with my insurance and it got approved. He helped us pick our shingle color and on the day of the installation, the workers showed up and worked very hard throughout the day with no issues. He sent multiple updates and has always responded to my texts. I would recommend, and if I ever have another issue, would contact them again.
